Obituary of Dennis Ray Cleaver III
Dennis R. Cleaver, III
April 22, 1973 - February 18, 2018
Dennis Ray Cleaver III passed away February 18th after a heart attack. Dennis had lived in Vancouver WA for over 30 years. He was born April 22, 1973 (Easter Sunday) in the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA. He attended Evergreen High School and had an AA degree from Clark College. He was a construction superintendent for R & H Construction of Portland, OR and more recently for Team Construction in Vancouver, WA.
He is survived by his three children: Dylan Heikes of Battleground, WA, Owen David Cleaver of Vancouver, WA, and Makenna Cleaver, a college student at Western Oregon University. He is also survived by his parents, Dennis Ray Cleaver and Hazel Elaine Hendrickson Cleaver, both of Vancouver, WA; two sisters, Donna Cleaver and Patty Cleaver, and one brother, Chris Cleaver, all of Vancouver, WA. He also had three nieces, Madison, Lucy, and Avery, and two nephews, Caiden and Jack. He was also survived by his girlfriend Nicholle Smith of Vancouver, WA.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his children and family. Dennis was very outgoing and always made a lasting impact on anyone he met.
We will miss our son, father, brother, uncle, and friend.
