My Dear Greg,
I can't believe this day would ever come. My having to say good bye to you, my very Best and dearest friend of a life time. You taught me so many valuable lesson's in life, as we live it here today, and then with the Lord in the ever after. Your Religious belief and love for the Lord was known by everyone that knew you, and it was 2nd to none. You professed your belief and love for the Lord every single day
You did it with such sincerity, love and commitment.
You showed and demonstrated your strong Husband and Family maturity and deep conviction of everlasting love for your family.
Bett, Aaron, Christine, Nate and the Hakeem family. As You there Angel in Heaven will now watch over them.
You also taught me the value and meaning of a brotherhood friendship that went beyond brotherhood. Your loyalty and friendship was never questioned. You Greg were always there for me and I always there for you.
It was truly an honor to be your Friend.
Your sense of humor was one of a kind. Although Nathan gave you a run for your money. Good job Nate. Greg,I understood your humor, I shared it with others, and I participated in it with you. I will never forget you and all the many day's and years of fun we always had, and the laughter we shared together.
I will miss you selfishly here on earth, but I will meet you again. And as we always said to one another. I'm taking a knee in between rounds for now, as "We are going the Distance together".
