Elvis was born October 24, 1970 at Edmonds Washington to Socorro (Maltos) and Jesse Keplinger
Elvis grew up and went to school in Sunnyside Washington
Elvis worked at Maintenance Man Inc in Portland doing construction and lately had started our mornings with beautiful sunrise pics he would share on Facebook.
He enjoyed going to the movies, yard sales and being with family. He was the Life of the party. Full of smiles , hugs, and he always said how much he Loved you.
He belonged to the Living Hope Church & made many friends there. He struggled to find permanent housing due to a record from his past but God always made sure he had a place to rest and be warm and dry.
Elvis is survived by his only child, daughter Tereana Keplinger and five grandkids and one on the wayvfrom Bremerton, Washington. Other survivors include his fiancé Rita Gallup; his mom Socorro Lopez and brothers David and Jeremy Keplinger all of Vancouver, Washington; sisters Brenda (Lee) Bacon & Annette Anderson of Yakima, Wahington. His is also survived and missed by his nieces, Jennifer Keplinger, Katie (Farin) Humphries, Heather (Michael) Petris, Tiffany (Garett) Newbrook, Jayme Bacon & Kailey Keplinger, and nephews Jared (Ashley) Keplinger, Thomas Taylor & Trever Anderson, Dominick & Antonio Keplinger along with many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins
He was preceded in death by father Jesse Keplinger and maternal grandparents Valeriano and Consuelo Maltos.
He will be greatly missed as he was a bright shining light in this world. He had his struggles like we all do but he was forgiven and lived with vibrant joy. We trust that God knows when we enter and leave this world and even in his death he is part of God’s plan. When you think of Elvis please pray for the driver that hit him and what God will do in her and her family’s lives as well”
