Bob was a wonderful neighbor and a gracious man. Kerry and I lived next to him on the Columbia River for 15 years. The last years as neighbors we added Riley, a female Cavalier King Charles Black and Tan Spaniel, to our family. Bob enjoyed watching her antics from his balcony easy chair. Many times I had to come and get her while she visited at his house. Bob, we enjoyed you company and we will miss you.
