Joyce Lorene Wingate, 53 of Washougal, Washington passed away on March 5, 2019 at her home in Washougal.
Joyce was born September 21, 1965 at Portland, Oregon to Sandra (Bradford) and Bill Harris. Joyce grew up and attended school in Vancouver, Washington. She was in retail for Fred Meyer.
She enjoyed traveling and concerts. She had a love for animals, especially cats.
Joyce is survived by her husband, Donald Wingate, her brother Bill Harris and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Bill Harris and her mother Sandra Bradford.
