I knew her simply as Nona, and she was always so kind. She wasn’t like grandparents of other friends I’ve had, who would ask me the same questions to re-remember me every time they saw me. She remembered every detail, as if I had just told her, and to me that made her very special in the 20+ years I got to know her for. She will be very, very missed. <3
