Obituary of Benjamin Lee Wolff
Benjamin L. Wolff, 71, of Vancouver Washington passed away peacefully on November 15th 2019 at his residence.
Ben was born on October 6th 1948 in Michigan. He is survived by his wife, Theresa Monteverdi, his sons Rushton Wolff and Malcolm Wolff, his step-children Lena Monteverdi, Jennifer Monteverdi, Jakob Monteverdi, his daughter-in-law Bingjie Chen, step daughter-in-law Rosanne Monteverdi, and his step-grand children.
Ben spent his career as a real estate attorney and also participated in the Volunteer Lawyer Program where he donated his time helping families who were facing eviction and were unable to afford an attorney. Ben was passionate about wind energy and worked to further the use of wind energy. Ben loved sailing and was proud that he had sailed the Antigua Sail Race. He also loved soccer and was a fan of the Portland Timbers. Ben loved to read and was very knowledgeable. He was always content anywhere as long as he had a book to read, or Book TV to watch.
Ben's service will be held on Sarurday November 23rd, at his home: 1110 SE 98th ave Vancouver Washington 98664 at 3pm.
