I had some great times visiting Sue in Palm Springs over the past 30 years. I was so honored that her daughters trusted me to care for Sue during a couple of medical issues. I learned a lot from Sue...about finances and how to live with dignity as an older single gal. We covered a lot of miles together in Palm Springs...either riding bikes or walking ... everywhere we wanted to go. When Sue developed balance issues, I helped her learn to ride her new bright shiny red three-wheeler. Everyone in Palm Springs knew Sue...even if they didn't know her name... the lady on the red three-wheeled Schwinn wearing the flowered straw hat doing her errands. I will miss her very, very much...and am so thankful that the fabulous Sutton sisters shared their colorful, vibrant mother with me. This photo was taken on one of my visits in the early 90s. We hiked Indian Canyon.
