1971 - 2020
Heather Titania Barnes-Blackwell, 48 of Vancouver, WA passed away at her home on June 16, 2020.
Heather was born August 4, 1971 in El Paso, TX to Sylvia (Barnes) and Richard Blackwell.
Prior to moving to the Northwest, Heather lived in San Francisco for quite some time where she enjoyed going to the theater and ballet. She liked perfume and jewelry.
Heather was artistic and like to color drawings. She also enjoyed reading, both romance novels as well as ones on the scary side, and a good game of Monopoly with friends. She liked going to the movies and eating out.
Heather had a good heart, she loved animals. She was very friendly to everyone and truly wished all she met well.
She is survived by her mother, Sylvia Barnes. Her father, Richard Blackwell and sisters Joy, Lydia and Sarah.
She will be missed by all.
