Mark was a wonderful man and a real pleasure to have known for decades! He taught me a lot about my washers and trained my team to be able to repair them over the last ten years. He helped us out on short notice when we needed him quickly. the last few years my staff would just call and get his advice which speaks to the training he gave my staff. He was able to get us up and running after we lost or entire facility from flooding caused by Tropical Storm Alison. He had such a talent with the equipment that remains unmatched to this day. I will miss Mark's smile and his advice which was not limited to my equipment. We became real friends over the years. Not too common between client and vendor.
The last time we spoke he left me with a sense of ease when ever he passed. He knew I was always concerned about his health. That conversation will ever be with me and give me comfort when I think of my friend. While I'm heartbroken for his passing, I know he is finally at peace, at rest and no longer in any pain.
God Bless you my friend.
To Mark's family,
May peace settle on you all.

I love you, Mark! I wish your time on this earth was not cut short even though you have been telling me for the last 26 years you were on borrowed time. :) It still hurts that we will never get to hang and I let you beat me at pool again. You were a great man that I admired and I will forever be grateful for the time you spent teaching me how to play pool and all of the life lessons you passed onto me over the years. You will never be forgotten!
Jody
