Willie, known as Gene, passed on the same day he was born, at 64 yrs old.
Family members who mourn his loss are follow:
Wife: Louise of Vancouver, WA & step sons, Jeremiah & Aaron
Children: Christopher, Elizabeth, Timothy, Nicholas, Alesha, Natasha
Sisters:
Helen Knight & husband, Roger, reside in TN; Bettie Whitehurst & husband, Jimmie, reside in S. Carolina; Barbara Hanks & husband, Allen, reside in TN
Brothers:
Robert Hamblin & wife, Winnie, reside in TN; Jimmy Hamblin, preceded him in death, leaving his wife Janice Hamblin also residing in TN
Friends & family members who have known Gene expressed their respect for him, & how they were honored to know him. As his wife, I would agree. Gene was a man who was sensitive, loving & generous. There wasn't anything he wouldn't do for those he loved. The most prominent thing about Gene was his amazing sense of humor-it carried him through difficult situations in life, & during his ongoing illness.
Cowboy! You will be missed by all of us!
