We met Cecil and Dorothy in 1990 and have considered them as friends since that date. I enjoyed talking to Cecil about Kansas and the competition between KU and Kansas State. Cecil and I played golf and had a competition going with one of us winning one day and the other won the next day. Cecil and Dorothy went with us to Hawaii and I certainly enjoyed sharing the experience with them. Cecil was my very good friend and I am sad that he is no longer available for our friendship. He is a brother in Christ and I certainly believe we will be together in the future. Cecil, I love you and have always looked up to you as a model citizen and christian.
